Our motivation night started with the opening speech of our General Manager Birol Altiparmak. Mr. Birol said, "We have completed the year 2024 with great success. This success is a result of our teamwork. I would like to thank each of you for your efforts," he stressed how important the contribution of all of us is.
Then, Fatih Erkan, our Chairman of the Board of Directors, touched upon the role of our women employees in the success of our company. "The influence of our female employees on our success is very great. I would like to thank each of them individually," he said, expressing his appreciation for the contributions of all our employees.
Later in the evening, we organized a plaque ceremony for our employees who have been working at the company for more than 10 years. At this meaningful ceremony, we witnessed that our employees who have been working for the company for many years have experienced emotional moments.
After the speeches and the award ceremony, we stepped into a fun night accompanied by moving music. Our employees, while getting rid of the fatigue of the year in an enthusiastic atmosphere, experienced the happiness of being together to the fullest.
On this special night, Erat Cable allowed us to emphasize our message of “This Success is for All of Us” in a strong way. We have achieved it all together, we will move forward for many more successes together!
