ERAT designs and manufactures its fiber optic cables to ensure maximum data transmission speed without being affected by environmental conditions. All our cables are produced on fully automated, computer-controlled production lines and are available in direct-buried, duct, or aerial-type structures.
Our products can be configured with singlemode or multimode fibers according to customer requirements.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY & PROCESS
With an annual production capacity of 1,500,000 meters, our fiber optic cable manufacturing process begins with isolation, followed by per-unit production and SZ stranding. These steps are completed with sheathing and final packaging. All processes are conducted with meticulous attention to detail and in accordance with high-quality standards. Our facilities support production of cables with up to 432 fibers.

ERAT Fiber Optic Cables can be reinforced based on customer demands with features such as:
